DR. SLAWOMIR MALENDOWICZ M.D., F.A.C.C.
Slawomir Malendowicz, M.D., F.A.C.C. is an Assistant Proffesor of Clinical Medicine at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons and attending physician at St. John’s Riverside Hospital and St. Joseph’s Hospital in Yonkers. Dr. Malendowicz completed his training in Internal Medicine at the New York University / Veterans Administration Medical Center in New York, where he served as Chief Medical Resident in 1996-97. He finished his Cardiovascular Diseases fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine / Montefiore Medical Center in June 2000. During his fellowship, Dr. Malendowicz conducted his research at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY and at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX. His results were presented at international conferences and published in peer review journals including Circulation, Circulation Research and Journal of American College of Cardiology. Dr. Malendowicz is a Diplomate of the American Board of Cardiovascular Diseases, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology and Internal Medicine.
